The Weekly Progress Report 11.1924

The construction team is making great strides toward enclosing the structure before winter arrives, as you can see when driving by the site.

Exterior Progress
The team is finishing up the exterior framing and sheathing, with the roofing membrane and fluid-applied air barrier close behind. Interior work is progressing well—most of the underground work is complete. 70% of the interior concrete slabs have been poured.

Interior Milestones
Interior masonry and metal framing are underway, and we’re seeing solid progress. The team will begin the interior MEP rough-in as soon as conditions permit.

Utilities and Infrastructure
All on-site utilities, including sanitary sewer, storm, and electrical, are fully installed. The city's portion of the water main and Mid-American Energy’s natural gas segment is out for bids, and work is expected to start soon.

Roadway Enhancements
The new turn lane on Hopewell is nearly complete, which should help alleviate traffic congestion.
